How do I start a return?

  • Enter your order number and email address ( this can be found on your invoice ) in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are returnable?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Your order must in original condition. For candles, wax melts, room sprays etc. They must be unused. 
  • In the original packaging
  • Within the 14-day period.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Perishable goods (like flowers or plants), bespoke products (like special orders or things that can be personalised and come with complimentary gifts), and personal care goods (like cosmetics) are some examples of items that cannot be returned. Gases, volatile liquids, and dangerous goods are also not returnable to us. If you have inquiries or concerns regarding a particular item, do get in contact.

Unfortunately, discounted products and gift cards cannot be returned.

Damaged Goods

  • Once your order has been delivered, please check your order. If the item is damaged or have received the wrong item, please contact us at and one of our team members will be able to assist you.


Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for a return. Returns are free of charge.



  • We do not accept exchanges on orders.  


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.
