All orders at L'SAUVE are trackable. You will receive a tracking number (via email) once your order has been dispatched. Track your delivery anytime, and our friendly customer care team is always ready to help. Please note: Tracking updates may take 12–48 hours to appear after your order has been shipped and booked with the courier.

*Please note: During peak periods (high demand), fulfilment processing (handling) times are extended by up to 2–3 additional business days. This also affects next-day dispatch.

Worldwide Shipping

Currently, shipping outside the UK is available only for (Vendor: L'SAUVE Homeware) products. We are planning to expand international shipping to more of the brands we stock.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders outside the UK, any local taxes or import duties are the customer’s responsibility. L'SAUVE is not liable for these charges.

Order Amendments/ Cancellation 

If you wish to amend your order or cancel, please contact us at sales@lsauve.co.uk within 12 hours of placing your order.

As we aim to process and dispatch orders next day, they are prepared shortly after being placed. For this reason, we are unable to make any changes after the 12-hour window.

If you contact us outside of this timeframe, we will unfortunately be unable to amend your order as it may have already been processed or dispatched from our warehouse.

Discounts

Discounted shipping is available on selected vendors, such as L’SAUVE Homeware from time to time. If your order includes products from another vendor, the shipping fee will return to the standard £3.95. The checkout page will clearly show the shipping cost before and after any discount.

Affordable Shipping

Standard tracked delivery is free on orders over £50.00 (Approx $70.00*), and £3.95 (Approx $5.95) for orders below £50.00.

Please be aware that for special times of the year ( Christmas, New Year's Eve, Bank Holiday ) delivery may be delayed 1-2 days.
