General questions
What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the UK but do have plans to expand internationally in 2022.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.
Standard shipping times for the countries covered by our delivery partners is presented below. You can find them when choosing for a delivery method before confirming your order:
- United Kingdom: 2-3 Days
- International - To go live in 2022
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.
We additionnaly offer support for Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and ClearPay
You can chose these payment methods at checkout.
Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment option?
We have partnered with ClearPay to offer ( Pay in 3 )

How can I track my package?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

What if I'm not home?
If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose.
You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.

How do I send me item pack?
Enter your order number and email address ( this can be found on your invoice ) in the fields above and click StartFollow the instructions and select the items you want to returnYou will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

Are there any charges for a return?
There are no charges for a return ( 100% FREE )
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.
Gift Cards
How do I redeem a gift card?
Purchase a gift card for yourself or for a loved one via this link.
You do not need an account to purchase.
Our gift card is redeemable online and is received via email digitally. Simply add your email via checkout and it will be emailed to you.
When does my gift card expire?
Great question! The answer is never. Take your time and shop.
Do you accept returns ?
No, once a gift card is purchased. You cannot return it.
Do I receive a physical gift card?
Packaging does not come with the card, for advertising purposes only. 100% digital.
Can I apply a discount to the purchase of a gift card?
No discounts can be applied to gift cards.
Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?
Yes. A customer can redeem a maximum of 2 gift cards during checkout.
Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?
No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.
How do customers check their balance?
Customers can check their balance on thegift card page
